A psychotherapist / counsellor, trainer, and speaker hailing from sunny Singapore.
With over 7 years of clinical experience in clinical counselling, I'm all about making mental health conversations feel like a chat with a friend!
You know, I've had my own dance with mental health struggles and have walked the path of caregiving, so I get it – life can throw curveballs. That's why I'm all about using counselling as a tool to amp up your strengths, crank up your self-awareness, and keep that mental wellness game strong.
Over the years, I've had the privilege to lend a listening ear to families, couples, and individuals, including those from different walks of life in Singapore – minorities like myself, differently abled folks, LGBTQIA+ pals, immigrants and new citizens. It's all about connecting, understanding, and finding your path forward.
